Return and Exchange Policy
At Western Beast, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality, made-to-order leather jackets. Because each jacket is meticulously handcrafted to your specifications, our return and exchange policy differs slightly from standard retail offerings. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Handmade Distinction
Our jackets are unique works of art, resulting in slight variations in color, stitching, or inner lining. We source the finest materials and strive for consistent color and texture, but occasional variations may occur as materials become unavailable. However, if you receive a jacket with a significant defect or error, we’ll gladly rectify the situation at no cost, upon approval.
Duty Fees & Local Taxes
Customers should bear the duty fees and local taxes which may vary country to country. In case, if customers deny or fail to pay the local tax and duty, western beast will not be responsible and customer cannot claim any refund/exchange while the unreceived shipment will be destroyed there.
Unexpected fees can ruin your shopping trip! Check local taxes and duties on your item beforehand for a smooth checkout.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. You can fill out a return form on our website.
Return Shipping
Western Beast does not currently offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to our fast-paced production process, changes may not be possible after this timeframe.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom-made jackets are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to their personalized nature. Double-check your order details before confirming your custom jacket.
Return Address and Tracking
We will provide you with a return address once your return request is approved. Please share the tracking details with us after dispatching your return item using a trackable service within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship your new jacket free of charge within the United States. International exchange shipments may incur additional charges.
Ineligible Returns
Sales Items
Items purchased on our “Sale Page” or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your sizing before placing your order.
Abandoned Shipments
Customers who refuse delivery or fail to pick up their package are responsible for any lost, destroyed, or misplaced items due to customer negligence. Replacements will not be sent free of charge in such cases.
Shipping Timeframes
Please note that made-to-order items may take up to 12-15 business days (3-4 weeks for custom sizes) to produce and ship. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Materials and Color Variations
While we strive for consistency, leather jackets are subject to slight color changes. We reference photos and descriptions as closely as possible, but slight variations due to camera flash, resolution, or natural materials may occur. Returns based solely on color variations, lining preferences, or similar reasons will be subject to our standard return policy and are not considered errors.
Pencil Markings
Due to our hand-made production process, delicate pencil markings may occasionally appear on your jacket. These markings can be easily wiped off.
